After breaking ground in ~March 2024, this 8-story ED1 at the end of Woodland Hills near Calabasas is almost fully unwrapped with for lease banners hanging. It will provide 100 affordable units and new customers walkable to businesses in the area which could use em'!

WATCH: A downtown LA @USPS post office is still open, but surrounded by trash, rats and encampments.
Workers report assaults. Residents say they feel unsafe. Some living there say they want help, but haven’t been offered.

Today's deal is a non performing loan in Texas. I would foreclose and lease up this industrial space 1 mile from the airport. The bank wants this off their book. Most people think it's worth nothing but I see upside.
