x is used as a symbol for multiplication, but it is read “times” not “ex” It’s just mathematically wrong so I do not trust your company. @CapitalOne @SouthwestAir

It’s a thing now to say “five x miles” and such meaning they will multiply by 5. But x is a variable and as they do not specify a domain, x could be zero or negative..
