Watching Stand By Me for the first time. I think it should be required viewing in schools. Takes place in 1959. No cell phones or computers. Kids outside all day, getting into trouble, unencumbered by social media. This wasn’t long ago in the grand scheme of things, but it’s a completely different world.

Read the judgement and order. It was nothing to do with evidence or the merits of the claim, it was entirely a geographical issue. The evidence proving the sexual harassment and that Baldoni and his cohort are sexual predators and ran the smear campaign will still all be heard in Court because it is evidence relevant to why he and his scum associates orchestrated the smear campaign against her, and that will be tried in Court.

The judge literally dismissed her defamation claims… Her entire case has been reduced to a contract dispute, and Baldoni is no longer a defendant. Be for real.

A judge has thrown out 10 of the 13 claims in Blake Lively’s sexual harassment lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, including allegations of harassment, defamation and conspiracy. @people ALL the claims about Justin’s conduct were dropped. Only claims moving to trial are around an alleged smear campaign and contract breach more focused on the studio/production companies.

The worst part of this is Blake Lively aimed to ruin Baldoni’s reputation, even as he WAS truly speaking up for victims, sharing a message of hope, and giving back to shelters and organizations that make a real difference. If you’ve been trapped in DV, you know the fear and risk of leaving is what keeps you there. For me, the news stories of tragic endings fueled that fear. @markus85cali @JillianMichaels That was a bad headline for sure. But Daily Mail is known to vet their sources extremely well. They lean into the salacious stories more, but they are surprisingly more reliable in their info than you’d imagine.
