Wanted a way to generate a fake text conversation for a screenshot for my slides. Had Google make an app for me to do it. Three shots. Done in 3 minutes. It proposed the AI feature. This is wild.

The reason I am FOR social healthcare is because I like knowing my neighbor can focus on being healthy, not how to pay for it. Seeing EMTs advise people on whether they should go to the hospital or not based on how much it would cost sorta liberalized that part of my politics.

@aarondfrancis What is interesting is there will be a huge market for "robot ergonomics" in retrofitting tools that were made for humans. The whole grind/tamp process could be swapped with one attachment, removing the grinder, etc.

Our model can now learn from its own experience with RL! Our new π*0.6 model can more than double throughput over a base model trained without RL, and can perform real-world tasks: making espresso drinks, folding diverse laundry, and assembling boxes. More in the thread below.

@levelsio Can’t speak to China - but I’ve done a tinker’s version of a VPN with a light weight VPC running a tail net node as an exit node. Keeps my IP under the radar from any blocking bots so far. It’s really simple to configure. And if you get it scripted, you can turn and burn.

A 50-year mortgage just means you are renting from the bank, but they have less responsibility to fix stuff for you. It does have a fun predictive markets angle for those that like to speculate on the housing market, though.
