@virginmedia A week without service. A spade went through your cable in my garden—your engineer later confirmed it was laid just under topsoil. I called twice, clearly reported it as external, yet you sent an internal engineer. Still not fixed.

@virginmedia Internet has been down since 11, called call centre twice. No joy, app just keeps taking me on a loop saying that I need to call you. This is terrible service. Trying to wfh and having no joy with 'friendly team'.

@virginmedia 0345 number as this was the issue line. There are outages all over the uk. The outage map looks like a weather warning map
