The real question is why are you all making a big deal of her choosing not to play a game.

Mouse did not make it a big deal you guys did.

I wanna reiterate what I've been saying with the Ironmouse x NTE issue. She has no evidence that NTE lied to her but Hotta devs and the president said before hand that were was generative ai in only the Non core parts of the game. Ironmouse is basically lying that she didn't know when 5 minutes prior to signing, she could have googled if Hotta Studio used ai in NTE and it would say a very minor amount of the game even has it for side quest cutscenes and some props. Not only does iron mouse lie about her AI stance, she personally played games with ai in the past like expedition 33 and even did a song cover for it. There's even a history of games with ai she played and now it's an issue because of her rabid fan base said AI bad when it came to NTE? Woman, please. Mouse you are not innocent and the burden is on you to do your own 5 MINUTES OF RESEARCH to look up something so simple. You're not getting a way out and you're going to be held accountable for your nonsensical stance on being Anti Ai you and your fans who tote it. You couldn't take the 5 minutes to look before taking the money and running when so many others deserved that sponsorship way more than you and wouldn't throw Hotta under the bus. You suck for that Ironmouse, I still admire your singing ability but thats all I find good about you anymore. You just sing good, that's it. You have loose morals that need work, girl. You and the other entitled morons were complaining about temp assests. A lot of VAs that got paid to voice characters, were voicing displeasure of the ai usage, should they give their checks back? And should ironmouse her sponsorship money back, that she accepted prior to launch?

I don't hate Ironmouse at all. I didn't do this for clout either. I respected Mousey enough to call her out on her Anti Ai Hipocrisy. Ai coding is a building block in videogames so Mouse always played some form of ai in the coding of her games. She has no real ai stance and her fans may be calling the shots to bully her to grift for them. This is all speculation but it's not unlikely given the backlash she's facing currently and all the accessible information that contradicts Ironmouses anti ai stance when she promotes games that have ai in the coding.

Either Ironmouse's team/agency lied, or they are incompetent when it comes to the NTE sponsorship. “Whenever I get an offer for a sponsorship… I always tell the people ‘can you make sure double, triple, quadruple-check that this does not have AI in it. I will not accept it if it does.’ And then, they assured me ‘no, don’t worry, you’re good, it’s fine.’… They told my sponsor people and said, ‘we do not have AI in anything, there’s no AI anywhere.’” That is just "her word" on the exact private communication, and no actual proof that the developers communicated in this manner. Ironmouse always had a hardline public stance about "NO AI anywhere" and told her team to double, triple, and quadruple check for any AI use. Not AI in the final game, not AI in just core assets, ANY AI. Either the sponsor oversold the NO AI angle or her agency didn't do the due diligence... NTE uses AI for atmospheric renderings, and it's in the game assets right now. The core development process, code, and other elements used AI heavily in the workflow. They even admitted in an interview that AI was used, easily searchable on the internet. So it boils down to two options where they knew but didn't care and got the money anyway, or were incompetent and didn't bother to do a simple Google search. Personally, I think it's all just hypocrisy with her long-standing Nikke ties, where the game studio has been using AI in promotional materials and game assets... with ShiftUp's CEO basically saying using AI "isn't an option anymore, it's a requirement."

If that's her position it's still a dumb position. Game companies are going forward to use it, it's inevitable. It's an untenable position to hold. It's going to be one of the factors to offset the cost of development What's she going to do stop playing games once it gets to that point.

@Namikaze_VT She doesn't have a problem with AI as a whole, she has a problem with generative AI trained on other people work without permission. Your argument is like complaining at someone who doesn't private jets for flying commercial. You can call them a hypocrite but you are wrong.
