I went to the store @ Landsdowne (Ottawa Canada) on Dec 23, 6 pm. The store was busy. Only 1/2 the checkout positions were open and the wait was long (20 min). Why? One ee (Grace) was hepful. She is the only one who stood out. Staff were re-stocking shelves with carts. Why??

@VFSGlobal @CitImmCanada just want to know can VFS staff suggest the applicants to get premium services and charge them additional fee just for making changes in the first and last name for canada biometrics. Isn’t is IRCC job to record the name correctly in the GCMS?

@ujjavalabothra @VFSGlobal This Scam needs to investigated. There are no slots online so you do a walk in, they make you wait outside in rain n heat, then a manager will call u in. On invoice u end up paying for 2000 extra as walkin!!!!!! Not sure if embassies are aware or a part of this theatrics!!

The amount of paperwork for a Schengen visa is insane! Why is it so difficult to understand: 1. We are not interested in marrying your men, thank you 2. We are actually adding to the GDP of your country!!
