My thoughts about Grok Build (and Grok Heavy 300$ sub) Spoiler: the TUI is amazing, but the usage/model quality you get for 300$/mo is just not even comparable to Codex/Claude 100$ plans

I've been team gpt for the last 6 months, but I feel ashamed becaus Opus 4.8 is the best thing I've tried in a while I've seen a lot of criticizm of Opus, but I've experienced ZERO problems with it so far. It's extremely good at understanding my intentions

A little over a year ago Claude 4 Sonnet was released, and it was revolutionary, even though it struggled HARD on longer tasks as did all models from that time And now we're almost at a point where 'make no mistakes' meme is the reality - the models are that much better

Over the last few months claude code has really gotten better at e2e development, huh I get that by all metrics GPT 5.5 seems to be better, but Opus 4.8 turned out to be much better than I ever expected it to be Even though I loved gpt 5.5, I had better time with Opus lately
