@EXM7777 It's not only about AI - it's about virtually anything. People are not computers. So the best way to really learn anything is to put in the hours - everyone has their own way, there isn't one path that guarantees success

writing good content with AI is mostly an unteachable skill... 90% of it is screen time: just generating, reading, throwing away, rewriting, generating again you build an instinct for what a model does when it's bored, what it does when the prompt is vague, what it does when you over-explain... none of that lives in a guide humanizing tools patch the surface the people who actually sound human just spent 6 months staring at outputs until the slop became obvious

@0x45o A full suite of automations of my daily stuff with Hermes — a second brain + cool stuff, some of which it proposed to implement itself, which is insane

Here's a super hot take of mine. If you've been in graphics long enough, you know I'm right though.

Where did you think you were going to be one year ago? I could never have imagined being where I am now — even geographically, and yet here I am, with 10x life experience

@metruzanca As long as it is, it's still not long enough consider the topic — I'd love to see it as a podcast with Ben instead

@simplydailey I tried using it a few times and I couldn't post once because of their filters. And later I started using VPNs 24/7 and they aren't really compatible with Reddit so there's that

After browsing and establishing a presence on Reddit, Inc., I have had a change of heart with my perspective on it. In social circles, media, and environments, there is a stigma around Reddit and Reddit users, so I've never bothered to use it. Now that I've been using it, I realize I have been missing out. I've learned so much about contemporary subjects that I desperately needed to know and engaging with others is very easy and I often get replies really fast despite being a new account. For example, I was only familiar with OpenClaw and NemoClaw up until now. I've been able to dive deep into Hermes agents, and its applications are far more

I love your videos and I've been watching them for years, but from that video I've gotten a lil' sad I felt like you were saying "I can use llms, I'm smart, you can't, you're dumb", but probably that's just my ego talking. That made me realize there's too much nuance to this topic to put it into one video I'd love to have a conversation about this someday - I'm a bit inbetween the generations - when ChatGPT first released, I was in my 1st semester of Master's degree - and when AI first became really useful (I'd say around supermaven) I was finishing my master's degree, and by that time I already had 4 years of work experience I think it's not that "all older devs are better and younger ones are stupid" - it's just that statistically some very small amount of devs are going to use the tools in a "correct way" whatever that means - just like you said you know 17-year olds that push the industry forward notwithstanding their age It's interesting to me that you didn't touch the subject of people who hate AI. Maybe it's just people I know, but really I know quite a few people who just refuse to do anything with AI because it's "evil" and I believe they'll have it just as bad as the one's who mindlessly ship slop without having at least a mental map of any given project

The 100$ Codex sub seems like a sweet spot for me I'm not yet at a level of constantly running 50 parallel agents, but I've been running gpt 5.5 on 3 projects for last 4+ hours non-stop and I didn't even hit 50% usage (even when promotion ends, it's gonna be enough)

Built a browser into RepoBar when I select issues/PRs/shas/workflows to have context when I work. repo.bar Still a bit vibey but gets the job done. You gotta build yourself the tools to work more efficient.

@NousResearch @ryancarson I love the cli — I don't even care about the openclaw-like functionality (for now at least), I just use it instead of codex and Claude code and it's going really well

Starting to think about moving away from OpenClaw and into Codex for my executive assistant/chief of staff. Is anyone else considering this, or if you've done it, how's it going for you? However, there's one major problem where you can't authenticate multiple Google Workspace accounts, which is often necessary for EA stuff. @thsottiaux

@pcshipp The difference isn't going to be night and day, if they're the same specs, but a good monitor, keyboard and mouse for Mac mini will set you back quite some money I'd pick MacBook

@mbor1sov you can even just use it as a drop-in replacement for development instead of paying raw API prices for llms

@remain_urus good — better setup imo: bundle the whole harness + agents into one MCP server for ollama models. claude code becomes the orchestrator, ollama-via-MCP is the worker pool

If you're on a tight budget and don't want to spend 100-200$ on codex/claude, try ollama.com/pricing You can use the 20$ sub in most tools + openclaw/hermes, and the limits you get for that money are insane, you get the newest kimi, glm, deepseek models and more
