Day 1 vs Day 4514

“You’re so lucky” I had this comment recently on how ‘lucky’ I am that I can make adjustments to my nutrition or training and can start to see physical changes pretty rapidly. Lucky me, right? Let me tell you about this luck. It started on Feb 4th 2014. Roughly 645 weeks ago. At an average of 4 training sessions and 60 minutes of cardio per week - that’s almost over 3000 hours in the gym. Averaging 9,897 steps per day - over 43 million steps. Over a decade of tracking food and averaging 220g protein per day puts me at well over a million grams of protein consumed. So, it may seem like 5 days to make a change, but what about the 4509 days that came before that… Lucky me #wehackhealth

@syntaxish When I got divorced my sleep was all over the place and completely terrible. Then I found the perfect combination of how to wash and dry my sheets along with pillow arrangements. It changes the way you see your room a lot. Seeing the optics in a new light makes a difference
