@Sephora this is how my 2100.00 order arrived today with designer items. No packing materials and NO packing slip to take inventory. I opened 3 HE items to make sure they weren’t broken. How they survived I will never know. I called customer service and nothing! Upset #rouge

Why is @Sephora still using an incompetent company like CDL to ship their products? Saved enough GC’s to finally buy something I’ve been wanting only for CDL to say it was delivered with no proof/photo & Sephora to tell me they can’t help me since it was delivered. Unacceptable!

@Sephora & why can we redeem mini products via rewards in store but can't redeem them when we shop online? I personally observe myself spending $$$ online than instore bc I'm more willing to browse longer vs the Manhattan gondolas are all too close to each other so I'm in and out
a new skincare makeup marketplace could easily overtake sephora just by offering better reward experience for the most frequent shoppers
