@Sephora you let all the good birthday rewards sell out before those of us with birthdays late in the year have the option to pick them. You should go back to offering points for those of us left with few options.

@AmazonHelp The safe location is my already designated location at the side or rear of my dog-free property, but you are now saying that packages will be left at the least safe location on my property, i.e., the front.
