He is 5’ 10”
He dropped from 202 lbs to 160 lbs in 90 days
The average guy is an inch shorter and has less muscle than Hobbs does
Thus, if the average guy were to diet down to ~12% BF over the next 3, 6, 9, 12 months…he’d need to get to <160

This is basically what the IDEAL calendar year looks like from a bulk/cut standpoint w/ a mini cut sprinkled in
Blue = Bulking
Red = Cutting
The result:
- 40 weeks of bulking
- 12 weeks of cutting
- Lean for summer
- Surplus all summer/during holidays

Crypto and real life helped me achieve the FIRE dream at 39.
Been doing the retirement/work optional thing since October 20th.
Going to the gym mid-day. Learning to play the piano. Spending more time with family.
Reinventing your life is a challenge though.
Everyone else is busy.
You find a lot of the stresses of life weren’t from work at all.
They’re from raising kids, family, and most importantly, subconscious pressure you’re putting on yourself.
Overall takeaway is just that “achievements” won’t result in happiness.

It’s nice in theory to me, but I don’t know if I’d actually work super hard for it until I really get to a point where it feels like it’ll be a reality.

3 more weeks until 40 planning to cut 3-4 pounds by then.

Made it out finally.
Too shallow to get to any of my spots.
Zero bites.
One of my reels fell into the water.
70 pound bumper fell off my boat lift.
Had to jump in and pull it out.

I eat 3-4 eggs and a cheeseburger (or a steak) every day and my LDL is down 14 points since last year.
The healthcare system is not a serious industry.
