If a random stranger especially an old person starts talking to you in the supermarket or elsewhere please be patient because you may be the only one this person has spoken to for days, weeks or even a month. Be kind because you never know one day that this person might be you, not by choice but by circumstance. ❤️ Old people can be lonely people.

I had a client who would always go to sleep at 12am. I had him wear bluelight blockers at 7pm and by 10pm he could barely open his eyes. Now he wakes up at 6am instead of 8am and doesn't know what to do with himself.

High school really had everyone sleep deprived 24/7 during some of our most formative, peak puberty years, and we thought nothing of it.

A couple times a year I go through a period of being grossed out by eggs. I haven’t been able to pinpoint why that is. Eggs are one of the most nutrient-dense foods we have easy access to and yet I have cycles of needing to reject them. Anyone else?

The first test results of our pasture raised chicken are incredible - compared to conventional store bought chicken - this is not just nicer / family farm feel good chicken - we are getting real results showing real nutritional outcomes. Once this next batch is tested - it’ll be later this year, I’m hoping to publish the results on our website. We’ve adjusted the feed formula to improve on the current outcomes and will expect to revise again for the autumn chickens.

My wife's plants are doing well in her snails. The peppers were planted 6 weeks ago. I would love to see them in the ground, but the weather still needs a few weeks before it will be safe outside. I never thought they would have done this well.

@ashmikbailey17 @Nomaan_2003 @BlueLightDiet thank you for the reply! this has actually been my experience too. super bright and a little hurtful if I don’t do it often. but just closing my eyes in the light seems to feel good… I was jus a bit worried about the green contrast issue myself but maybe we are good :) tnx again

U know i never did. I read a couple things. I said it was actually gonna help my vision so no I'm not wearing goggles. I mean my eyes are shut just because it's strong lol but I did notice that it used to bother me a lot more in the beginning than it does now now it doesn't bother me at all, but in the beginning, I would see like shades of green for like 30 minutes after I did it lol. My husband does it now and the light was tougher on him he did goggles for the first handful of times to get used to it now he does not

All my life I thought I was just born depressed. I mean, diagnosed bipolar 1, major depressive, ADHD, OCD by many expensive doctors from childhood. Got a red light (Biomax 900) and in like 4 days of doing 20 min in the AM and 20 min in the PM, I was waking up ready for the day without an alarm. After two weeks i was losing weight (what) (look it up its real... mitochondria loves RLT LOVES it)and after a month my knee pains stopped. I own a restaurant my knees WERE dog shit- couldnt even put them down on a yoga mat to do fun exercises. After two months, my period pains went completely away except for the day before it starts (used to be I would feel ovulation and be in pain until I bled), and at 3 months, every time I see someone I know, they ask me why I am reverse aging. I should also put here i am literally more grounded than ive ever been, i am calm it is wild. I will NEVER stop (unless I move to Florida). Tmi?
⚡️ The Blue Light Diet ⚡️@BlueLightDiet

Attention Sad Bros.... Here is a fact your therapist does not want you to know. Fixing your circadian rhythm with light can treat your depression faster than couch talks and drugs... The meta analysis will turn your frown upside down. Bright light is mood medicine. Here's a quick summary and depression action plan. Chronotherapy delivers rapid antidepressant effects. Bright light or a combo of sleep deprivation (wake therapy), sleep phase advance and morning bright light therapy works in hours to days versus weeks to months for drugs or talk therapy. Across randomized controlled trials in this study, chronotherapy beat controls, antidepressants, psychotherapy and exercise for both unipolar and bipolar depression. Why? It directly repairs the broken master clock that is largely responsible for your dumb depression. Here's what to start doing now. Daily Morning bright light within 1 hour of waking. This is the biggest part. Use the special bright light therapy device in the first reply below if you cannot get outside for some reason. ZERO blue light and little green light after sunset (use blue blockers and red bulbs all in the replys below) Consistent early (ish) sleep time Only eat in the day do not eat in the dark If you cant get outside for multiple sun breaks daily, use your red light therapy machine for extra mitochondrial and mood support. Ok thats all for today, sad bros.
