it’s so much easier to restrict when you get into the habit of not eating, it’s getting into the routine that is difficult

@d1sasterrat oh it’s bad it’s just not as obvious in that picture, I have it on my legs n arms too but honestly I’ll take loose skin over being back at my starting weight any day

@thindrm Pleaseeee how did you avoid loose skin, I’m so scared of it especially because of the rapid weight loss 😓

if i lose weight in summer, by fall i will look small in oversized jumpers, skirts with tights, dr marten boots and chunky cardigans 🍂
