In late October, a local landowner called  and said they found a dead wolf when out on a walk in a more remote portion their property. We met the landowner that afternoon and investigated. And in doing so, we saw something we have not seen before.

And if it was coyotes? Sure, shoot away. But as u say, we can't afford to be taking out wolves. There aren't enough of them.
