Hey @discord & @discord_support, could you please enlighten me as to why my account is permanently suspended? I viewed my account standing and noticed that a server I was in “violated child safety rules”. Cool? What does that have to do with me? I had joined the server less than 2 days prior for some stickers I was sent which I wanted. Beyond that, I had no engagement with the server, nor was I aware of anything going on with it. Muted, stuck in a folder, out of sight out of mind. After an email and 1 followup email after a week of no response to the first one, you finally got back to me stating you’re “maintaining your decision on my account”. I’m sorry, since when was it MY job to make sure servers & their administrators were following the rules? Since when were users the ones who are supposed to wake up and browse ALL the servers they’re in and read every message to make sure everyone ELSE is behaving so WE don’t get punished? This stupid system needs to be reworked severely. I’ll follow up with another message presumably a week from now based on how you respond to the email I sent refusing acceptance of your baseless decision to keep my account suspended.

What’s wrong with @discord ? I had 2FA turned on, but still got hacked. And that dude’s spamming crypto scam on my friends inbox, also enabled MFA. So I can’t login or change password. Absolute BS of security. And @discord_support hung me for 24 hours, still didn’t get a reply.

@facebook I have been on your platform for over 20 years and not once have I ever had any sort of violation. Well today I get a message that I did something against community guidelines and my account was disabled. It said to appeal which I did and I already got notice from you that have declined my appeal and I have lost my account. What is absolutely INSANE is that you didn't even tell me how I violated the guidelines. Never got a single warning, just shut down after 20+ years. This is disturbing and completely unfair as I have no idea what I did.

@discord if youre going to ban my account without substantiation or option to appeal and say the ban expires in 2 years only to reveal it became deleted user a year later you may as well have just deleted it sooner so my personal info wouldn't have been abused right? go fuck yourself
