Excellent question! You tell me. You said the laws were done away with, but yet ppl still sin. We still need grace bc we are sinners and sin is breaking the law of God. If the law could be just “made null and void”, why didn’t God just do that? Why did Jesus have to die? Just get rid of the law, no law=no sin. Revelation says the Commandments are still there at the end of time. I still writing the reply about sin bf the flood and the verses about the inside/outside laws. Couple more minutes. ✝️

@whosearprepper @DrShayPhD The Bible doesn’t call the 10 commandments “the law of Moses”. Most ppl just lump them all together, but they are separate laws, kept in separate places. Most ppl do not know that.

Where? The 10 commandments are called the law of God. There are laws called the law of Moses, (ceremonial, civil, hygiene) but I explained the difference. One inside the Ark, one outside the Ark. the verses you have here say nothing about Moses. What about 1John? That verse about God’s law. I’m not trying to ‘trap’ you or anything. We are all in this boat together. This isn’t a gotcha question. We Christians need to have honest discourse and learn from each other. Most ppl don’t know about the inside/outside the Ark laws. Acts 8:30-31 tell us to share and learn together. “How can I know unless someone tells me”. That’s a biblical question.

@Patrici48060503 @DrShayPhD The Jews had a covenant with God, and the rules/laws where carried down the MT by Moses and read to the people. 613 commandments Bible calls them the ten commandments Moses wrote them down (Exodus 34:27-29) Bible even calls then the law of Moses.

The Bible calls it the law of Moses... Galatians 3:24-27 KJV 24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. 26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

1st John 3:4. Sin is breaking the law of God. Or living without the law. Please understand that Gods law is the 10 Commandments. They were written by God, not Moses. God Himself wrote the 10 commandments with His own finger. His gave the other laws to Moses and Moses wrote them down. (The ceremonial laws, the civil laws, the laws about hygiene). The laws of God were kept INSIDE the Ark of the Covenant, signifying those laws are everlasting. The laws of Moses were kept OUTSIDE the Ark of the covenant, signifying that they were temporary. When God wrote the 10 commandments (He did it twice) He gave the tablets to Moses to deliver to the ppl. Kinda like if we write a letter and give it to the postman to deliver it to the person the letter is intended for. The postman didn’t write the letter, he just delivered it. Moses didn’t write the 10 commandments, he just delivered them. The 10 commandments are NOT the law of Moses, they are the LAW OF God.

And they say they do not worship a stone.
