As we explain here, 3 of the 4 teams reportedly interested in Jaylen Brown hold a piece of the Bucks' future draft inventory that they could potentially get back if a 3-way deal with the Bucks and Celtics is consummated. The other of the 4 teams could make an offer for Brown that could easily top a Heat offer for Giannis. That's why there remains uncertainty about how this ends. As Anthony and I wrote here, Heat hasn't been given an answer either way about whether Giannis will be traded here.
