Pakistan has never pointed nukes at Israel. Pakistan's nuclear doctrine is explicitly India specific and has been since 1998. That is public record. So you already started with a fact that does not exist.
But more importantly, America has 5,500 nuclear warheads pointed at multiple countries, has actually used nuclear weapons on civilian populations, has bombed more countries in the last 30 years than any nation in history, and funds the only nuclear state in the Middle East that never signed the NPT and refuses inspections.
Pakistan having a nuclear deterrent against a neighbor it has fought four wars with is called basic security logic. The same logic America used to justify its entire Cold War arsenal.
You do not get to be the country that nuked Hiroshima and Nagasaki and then act shocked that other countries want a deterrent.
