You forgot the elephant in the room. A massive difference. Poland does not encourage Muslim immigrants. In fact, its policies are explicitly designed to limit and deter immigration from Muslim-majority countries, prioritizing national security, cultural compatibility, and integration—while actively welcoming large numbers of immigrants from culturally closer sources like Ukraine and Belarus.

I partially agree with your opinion. Poland is not very open politically when it comes to helping migrants. However, the reason for this is quite different. The countries at the top level of Europe are already well-established in this regard. In this situation, the lower-tier European countries are obliged to serve the higher-tier states. This means that countries like Poland are forced to direct their efforts not toward migrants, but toward serving the leading European nations. As a result, the limited remaining resources are barely enough for the Polish people themselves.

An additional important fact about immigration largely benefitting countries that don't have welfare systems is not just the fact that it forced immigrants to actually contribute, but also it has an extreme effect on the type of immigrants you get. Welfare programs will attract large swathes of uneducated economically illiterate gibs seekers. This will offset the benefits you get from immigration with higher crime rates, more welfare usage, and of course in the case of democracy an increasingly stupider voter cattle stock. Want less immigration from "Low IQ sharthole countries"? Get rid of gibs.
