I can’t pretend not to know the struggles women faced & continue to. In my life time here some subjects were not open to us at school. I needed my father’s signature to open a bank account. In my ‘Hay Day’ my husband was responsible for my tax returns. Memories are so short.

And that’s a wrap… after 15 years I’ve made the difficult decision to resign as Governor at @LapagePrimary . It’s been a fabulous journey and proud of everyone’s achievements. Wishing them all the very best in the future.

@NJ_Timothy My experience (limited as it is) as an occasional visitor to London, over several decades, is that such behaviour appears to be a sad, but unsurprising fact of life on the Tube.

On the tube today my wife - first in the queue - tried to board and a guy shoulder-barged her to force his way on. He shouted "learn some f*cking manners", and when I confronted him, "who the f*ck's talking to you, baldy." Nobody on the carriage even looked up (1/3).

A third of heart failure patients reported that they were initially misdiagnosed with a different condition. The main misdiagnosed conditions were asthma, acid reflux. anxiety, and depression. Help us to raise awareness of heart failure 👇
