It is concerning to see individuals publicly criticize the country that has offered them safety and support. If they feel strongly about returning to their country of origin, it may be worth considering appropriate legal pathways for them to do so.
I believe it is important to ensure that those who are granted protection respect the country that has welcomed them, and not follow Paul Kagame, who was denied a visa to enter the United States. He is the one who financed this and used U.S. soil after telling American citizens to go to hell.

Today, more than 4000 Congolese from all States came to Washington DC to denounce the targeted violence, the blockade, the human rights abuse and an unprecedented humanitarian crisis in Minembwe against the banyamulenge community. Over the last several months the Congolese army and the Burundian Army have decided to wipe out the Banyamulenge from the DRC map using every means possible including starving them to death. This is unacceptable in the 21st century. It is for situations like these that the UN charter was created in 1945. The international community should not sit idle while an entire community is being extinct due to thier ethnicity. Silence and inaction are irresponsibility. Enough is Enough

Dear @EricLDaugh, what you missed: (and btw, some are refugees but not all of them, others are US citizens just like you) here their march was meant to send a message to the highest authorities of the #DRC where their people are being violently discriminated. Some of their people have not just be killed but even “cannibalized” … yes eaten… in this 21st century.
