The name change from Dixie State University to #utahtech University is legally official on July 1, but today the university rolled out the rebranding campaign. Faculty & staff got new IDs & branded shirts & so many signs & flags around campus are in the process of changing. 1/2

Annual shout out to my mom, who said she wanted a small filing cabinet for mother's day when working on her dissertation. My dad got her a microwave. For two weeks she left several manila folders in it and wouldn't let anyone use it -- until my dad procured a filing cabinet.

The current state of Utah's snowpack sits at 88% of median 1991-2020 snow water equivalent statewide. We did observe a positive change with the recent storm cycle, though still have a long way to go, especially for the northern basins, with 21 days till median peak amounts. #utwx
