@united I had no wifi for my entire flight, was told I would be compensated for the inconvenience by your staff and e-mails, and now it says I don't qualify? Can you please fix this? I deserve to be compensated for the massive inconvenience

hey @TDBank_US - you incorrectly charged me a maintenance fee and I have been on hold for an hour. What is going on?!

@united I, do, however, need assistance in being reimbursed for my overnight stay and the unbelievably rude staff

@united after 22 hours, 3 canceled flights, multiple mechanical issues and circling in the air, I finally made it to EWR.

Woke up to see my third @united flight out of RIC canceled. For no reason. At least customer service gets to sleep in ✈️💩
