Must also say that he was regular Subedar in Army but his achievements were such that an Officers Rank was deserved. Rules don’t permit such promotions in regular army hence TA.

Pakistan is trying to needle India with 100 saste drones every night. Yes, those reports are real. I do not get why GOI tries to downplay it. We are a democracy and you cannot hide things. India should not respond every day. Let the bhikari bastards waste money. We can sustain pain. We can afford our fiscal deficit going up. Let Bhikaristan spend more money. And then one day, India should hit them when they shit their bed. People of India should get mentally ready for a long vigil. If the border states and some industries suffer economically, then the other states need to step up and sacrifice for them. We are in this together folks.

How many of the average CSE grads passing out from say Hyderabad are employed with over 40K salaries? I don't think there are too many. Having said that, more than the salaries, opportunities are more for CSE grads. Mech guys struggle for jobs. Even the good guys. That is so sad.

Try living in the same city of IT hubs with IT salaries and earning a Mechanical engineer paycheck and see. Try starting up hard engineering startup which requires 4-5 yrs to get a first prototype that requires a lot of capital investment when your CS friends do e-commerce startups and take in Bc money in millions with quick alpha and beta releases. Then one will know.
