Just knowing what I know as far as HOW MUCH $CNTN is being accumulated at the moment as a long-term hold makes me giddy 👌🏾 Imagine holding $CC and going to sleep every night knowing that Millions of Dollars are, and will continue to be, strategically Dollar Cost Averaged into $CNTN by huge institutional LONG-TERM investors. Half of the replies to this are young people from across the UK and Ireland saying, “Wow, much cheaper than where I live!” The other half are boomers telling me to reduce the price. Sums up the housing market at present.

The Northern Ireland housing market is absolutely bleak. Our house has been listed for sale for a month and we have only had one viewing. 3 bedrooms, fully renovated over the last two years, right by the coast, for under £230,000. Anyone want it?

the best UK house selling advice i've ever used is @moving_charlie - he has a bunch of youtube videos on agency selection (dictates whether it even sells), & why you need to interview a dozen+ agents, how to grill them, not get locked into contracts, need 1 that's not a douche - rare among agents - great market knowledge & doesn't just give u a high valuation cos that's what u wanna hear. ton more advice & things i learned from him. Charlie's a legend.
