That's where I come in SEO and AEO are not the same thing, and most agencies selling “SEO packages” in 2026 are quietly hoping you never find out. SEO is what you already know. Write content, structure pages, build backlinks, Google ranks you, user clicks through. You own the traffic. AEO is Answer Engine Optimization. Different game. You build your site so ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google’s own AI Overviews pull your brand when someone asks a question. The user doesn’t click anything. They just get told about you. When i built etnowe.com for the US market, the focus was never just SEO. It was AEO from day one. Ask Google “african and caribbean store app in usa.” ETNOWE comes up first in the AI Overview. Ask Claude “what’s the best app to order African and Caribbean groceries and restaurants in the US.” ETNOWE comes up first. Two different answer engines. Same result. That is not luck. That is a site built to be read by models, not just crawled by bots. Here’s the part business owners need to hear. The buyer journey split in two and nobody told the agencies. Half their customers still Google “best accounting firm in Austin” or “Webflow agency near me” and scroll. SEO catches them. The other half open ChatGPT and type “who should I hire to do my small business taxes.” They read one answer. They pick from that answer. AEO catches them. That half is growing every month. If your site is only optimized for one, you are fighting a war with half an army. What actually makes a site AEO ready. Clean semantic HTML so models can parse your pages. JSON-LD schema so they know what your business is, where it is, what it offers. Direct answers written the way people ask questions, not the way 2019 SEO blogs were written. Your brand name and service mentioned consistently across sites the models already trust. Content that does not bury the answer under 800 words of fluff. Most websites in 2026 are still built for Google alone. The ones winning new customers are built for the answer engines too. Test your own site. Ask ChatGPT a question your ideal customer would ask. If your name doesn’t come up, you already know what to fix. And who to fix it.

There's a Christian woman i know, she greets me anytime she's going to school. Today, i didn't even recognise her because she was completely different. She wore a Hijab. I said, Ohh chidera, how are you? I didn't recognise you. She said, is it because of the Hijab? I said yeah obviously. And it looks good on you. She said "Nagode" She told me something that shocked me, She said she always feel somehow when she's wearing a skirt or a jean trouser. And it makes her feel exposed because of how people are looking at her or when the wind blows, she will be struggling to hold her skirt. She said she loves how she's dressing now, even though there's heat. She said "I feel safe now"🥹I told her that I will get her 2 more Hijabs if she wants. She's loving her new way of dressing. And I thing islam is slowly growing in her. She always says "Assalamu Alaikum"🥹❤️ I'll be more than happy if she accepts our way of life. May Allah guide her to islam.

@AlabaOdu tbh I have had WAY too many clients destroy my Webflow sites too - I think designer access is equally as dangerous as a prompting environment. with both webflow and github, you can always restore backups. anything a client can break is typically as easy as restoring a backup

i would like to start a discussion let me be clear - i am not making any statements, I am just asking a question and would love to hear thoughts from all sides. what is the point of using tools like Webflow or Framer right now? what do they give you which you wouldn't get from using traditional dev tools + building with AI?

Single most underrated Claude Code Tip (I use this a dozen times a day): Esc+Esc rewinds your session to any previous checkpoint. Since I discovered this, I stopped being afraid of asking for longer, more complex changes because undoing them is free and easy. Let the agent go wild. Evaluate what it did. If it doesn't work, Esc+Esc and start again.
