@AlexFisk It’s harder to reverse a short trailer. Well, that’s what I used to tell Mrs T when she laughed at me trying and failing most times to back up our little Erde trailer.🤦‍♂️😅

First time towing today. Everyone’s gotta start somewhere, right?! 😂 Took a few attempts to back it on to the driveway… 😬

@AlexFisk Smaller trailers are harder to reverse than longer ones funnily enough.

@AlexFisk You started in hard mode apparently. Hard to see, super short, probably jack knifed every time you were late to correct? A large tandem trailer is typically far easier. Equipment like this, or the humble low 6' X 4' trailer are diabolical.

A treat to see this completely stock*, base spec Prado 90 in great condition. Skinny tyres, steel rims, no flares. The back to basics look really suits these. Bet it wouldn’t even break a sweat doing The Lap as-is either. Nice! 👍 *Almost, apart from a period ARB bullbar, obvs!

This 2019 79 LandCruiser was for sale at a brewery I went to tonight. All the fruit inc. a 3950kg GVM upgrade, tuned V8 diesel, 200W solar setup, 4x lithium batteries and a custom removable canopy for camping. $110,000. Excessive & unnecessary? Probably. Do I want one? Absolutely

Pick up for my largest Corporate customer and headed down to Heathrow for the 3rd time in 3 days this afternoon in the Big Beemer 😁 Had just under half a tank of Petrol when I left town and an alleged range of 172 miles, Heathrow is 110/120 miles each way depending if you go via Huntingdon or Peterborough. By the time I got to Heathrow it was showing a tad over a 1/4 of a tank and 92 miles range so I thought I’d push it as far as I could. 20 odd miles down the road and just off the M25 a Waitrose/Shell garage, still showing 75 miles range - no fuel fill up but *Rate my Meal Deal* etc 🥪 Plan was to go in the Shell at Buckden, until I see their exorbitant prices, next stop BP at Brampton Hut - same prices as Shell but for 97 RON not 99 RON. Range is getting very low at this point but I thought Tesco and 99 Momentum are just down the road……….closed and coned off 😂 so BP Huntington it was with 1 mile range left. My car is said to have a 78L tank which undoubtedly has a few litres extra in the neck but it still took 74.81L which means it’s averaged 26.18mpg or there abouts doing 426.8 miles on this tank, from a 601bhp Twin Turbo V12 that **DOESN’T** have cylinder shut down 🤯 This is I think my 63rd fill up with this car since I bought it 54 weeks ago 😬😂⛽️

Oh and to answer the ‘how does it get out of there?!’ question, you definitely don’t need a crane! It shared the space with an E-Type for many years. Took a few hours but we pushed that out the same entrance. I have photos somewhere. The Merc runs and drives, and access is easy

Anyone want possibly the cheapest non insurance write off golf GTi in the country? No mot. Some power mods. Manual. 270hp dyno'd. Heated leather and fairly tidy. Easy project £1800. I've had 2 people on FB buy it and not show up now.
