Absurd this was ever in question.
First, it was Georgia. Then Arizona. Now, the Trump Administration has demanded that Wayne County, Michigan, turn over all ballots from the 2024 election. These are flashing red warning signs of intent to interfere with the 2026 and 2028 elections. Know your rights.
Donald Trump paid almost a billion dollars to kill wind energy projects that would have powered millions of homes.
You do the math on how that helps your family.
@JudiciaryDems It does not matter how the Republicans redistrict. What is coming for them in November is a blue wave to remind them what happens when you ignore our Constitution.
By 2026 that same provision, expanded three times, uncapped, transferable, and worth $85 per ton of sequestered carbon, had become the most valuable carbon subsidy instrument available anywhere in the world.

Today’s Supreme Court decision effectively guts a key pillar of the Voting Rights Act, freeing state legislatures to gerrymander legislative districts to systematically dilute and weaken the voting power of racial minorities - so long as they do it under the guise of “partisanship” rather than explicit “racial bias.” And it serves as just one more example of how a majority of the current Court seems intent on abandoning its vital role in ensuring equal participation in our democracy and protecting the rights of minority groups against majority overreach.
The good news is that such setbacks can be overcome. But that will only happen if citizens across the country who cherish our democratic ideals continue to mobilize and vote in record numbers - not just in the upcoming midterms or in high profile races, but in every election and every level.

Now let’s work on a joint investigation into the killings of Alex Pretti and Renee Good — instead of cherry picking when we seek justice and when we turn a blind eye.
