@PayPal we keep receiving automated responses that are not relevant, when we call they say the limitation cannot be removed, no further appeals allowed, the account cannot be closed without the limitation removed, no recourse. It's a catch-22. @AskPaypal 3/x

@PayPal we submitted all requested documentation including photo ID/passport, SS card, letter of authority. We have made at least 3 appeals to remove limitation or change name on account and all denied with reason given being "risk", no further info. @AskPaypal Help! 2/x
