I’m gonna say this and I know Texas haters will jump on, but… Texas is good at a LOT of sports. And sports in today’s day and age are EXPENSIVE to attend. Fans of schools that are good at 1 or 2 sports don’t have to make the kinds of financial decisions that fans of schools who are good at damn near everything do. I think Texas fans travel REALLY well in general and Texas is ALWAYS well represented. I will also concede that when you have been to Omaha literally HALF of the times Omaha has been a thing, the priorities - the uniqueness - of which games to attend can shift.

Every single SEC series at Texas is sold out. The tickets available are on the resale market.
Obviously attendance figures are different from ticket sales. But sitting here acting like Texas is playing in front of empty crowds for conference games is silly

Comparing attendance figures at MSU vs. Texas is difficult because the setups are entirely different. One is a city centered around the college, the other is a massive metro area. The ability to get 13-14K at a game will always be greater at MSU, LSU, A&M, etc, than it would be TEX.

Yeah it was. We ended our season on a 3 game win streak. Meanwhile A&M ended on a 2 loss losing streak. A lost to your biggest rival to ruin your undefeated season and a SEC CG appearance & then Embarrassed at home in playoffs. Yeah sounds like a fun season LMAO
