Are you saying the boomer that bought their first house in 1990 did so after house prices had compounded at over 7% for the past 40 years?!? And then in the next 36 years their house compounded at….7.4%?!? NOOOOO WAYYYYYYYY!!! Sad, angry and bad at math. Not a good combination.
