I just realized @godaddy misspelled “Information” when they were hired to create my logo. Nice job! You guys are awful, seriously.

@copilot is soooo awful, I am deleting all of my chats, removing the mobile and desktop applications, and canceling my @github subscription. Just a total waste of time for consistently incorrect responses. It really stinks. I would advise you not use it. I am not a Microsoft Certified Partner; however, I am a Microsoft Partner. I advise you to use a different AI.

This is great. This is from @Copilot Microsoft Authenticator is over‑secure, under‑usable, device‑bound, poorly synced, and unforgiving when something goes wrong. It’s fine when everything is perfect; the moment a phone dies, it turns into exactly the nightmare you just experienced.

Today I called @att to add a line of service for a new Netgear Nighthawk M7 Pro. I have two lines of service for iPads with them. I was told that I was told I am not able to get the DataConnect 15GB plan because I do not have a cell phone. So, I canceled both my lines of service. I will return the Nightthawk M7 Pro AT&T for an unlocked version. Great job AT&T! I think will sell my stock in your company too.

@microsoft Co-Pilot is so awful. By the time I finish correcting sll the mistakes, I could have performed the task myself. Just absolute junk. I feel ignorant for paying for the service. But, that is what @microsoft does.

The technical support at @deeper_network is really atrocious. I would suggest not purchasing anything from them.

Our small business does not do a great deal of business with @godaddy. However, we do have several websites with them, along with email services and domain registrations. We will be moving all of our products and services to a new hosting and registration company. The customer service at @godaddy is awful. You always have to verify your identity multiple times. Then you have to schedule a meeting a week or two later because no one is available. Our website was not designed as we requested. There are numerous errors—for example, two logos appear on the site, the registered trademark symbol is missing throughout, and the favicon is incorrect. We requested that all of this be fixed in both our first meeting and our most recent meeting, but @godaddy has not completed those changes. Stephen, the Customer Experience Manager, has called me twice. Today I was able to call him back, and I still had to verify my identity twice. That was the final straw. We are leaving @godaddy due to their poor customer experience. Terrible—just terrible.

I am not one to give too many endorsements; however, lately when possible I have been flying @flyjsx airlines. What a great way to travel. Customer centric! What a unique concept. Great airline. Really.

I mean, honestly, @godaddy is building me a @Wordpress website. There are tons of people who will build the website better and for less. And I do not have to go through all the ridiculous security codes. @godaddy called me in the first place. Who is going to answer my phone at the scheduled time of our meeting? Answer: No one.

Additionally, I have a Pro Hosting Plan with @godaddy. Their website design team forces me to purchase new hosting for the website I am having them design for me. I do not need nor want additional hosting. They are actually supposed to create 2 websites for me. If I cancel, they will keep a majority of the money even though they have done absolutely nothing on the second website. I do not think I need them to build a website for me. I can do it myself. It will not be great, but @godaddy has pushed me too far this time.

I will be canceling all of my domain, M365, and hosting services with @godaddy. I will be transferring all of my 50+domains to another registrar. I have absolutely had it with all the secirity codes. It took me 1 1/2 hours to forward 46 domains to a single domain because I had to go through 2 security checks for each domain. Most of the time I cannot get my email. I have constant issues with Microsoft M365. My websites disappear everyone there is a server update. I am absolutely fed up with spending thousands of dollars a year for bad service. You guys an are getting ridiculous.

I love the new and improved @godaddy email security. It is blocking my own email to myself. Houston, there is a problem!
