How am I supposed to get a technician to my house when the number I call tells me to go online and when I go online it tells me to call. I can’t get a human and when I picked a call back time 4 different times no one was available and I was hung up on. Ridiculous.

apparently have refund coming - debit card must use in 6 months
can ask for payment but wait - bot on the line doesn't have that function 🤦♀️
can go online but wait - no longer have account hence the refund 🤦♀️
gotta wonder - why do they bother? 🙄🤮

@ATT do you see the problem here? Times aren't anywhere close to accurate. Went from less than 6mins to 20mins still nothing, now it's the same thing with waiting on customer support on the phone.

@ATT We talked to virtual chat and went in person to the store. Both didn't help as much. Now waiting for a few days to get paid to redo the original order. It's annoying so ima just wait because if try to fix it today gonna screw it up again.

@Sassafrass_84 I get 40-50 a day, but my calls are related to Medicare and/or marketplace benefits. @att has done absolutely nothing to help.

Is anybody else being spammed called 20 times a day saying “Hi this is Olivia from the loan processing approval department. We have your loan ready. Please give us a call.”
I didn’t apply for a loan. And somehow no matter how many numbers I block, they keep calling me from a different number.
How do I fix this?
