Dolphins running back Alexander Mattison underwent season-ending neck surgery Sunday in Chicago, per sources. Mattison hurt his neck during Sunday’s game vs. the Bears, was taken by ambulance to a local hospital and had surgery.

Today, it cost me quite a bit of money, as I had to make additional accommodations for pet care due to not one, but two airplanes out of CLT being inoperable. You even had to remove passengers from first class today, because the jump seats for your employees weren’t functional.

I can only imagine the value you must bring your shareholders, because that money is certainly not going to things like creating an excellent customer experience or, heck, airplane maintenance.
