Just snagged my Doma OG role in the Discord!
Been grinding with the squad since early days, chatting, contributing, and watching this tokenized domains revolution build.
Huge shoutout to @SDMikeCM , @InderpreetSingh and the whole Doma team for the recognition.
Feels good to be one of the early OGs in this movement.
Head to the Doma Discord discord.gg/doma , stay active, drop value, and go work your own OG role before the limited spots run out. This is just the beginning for @domaprotocol

Normal people are not up to 10 in Lagos!
Ever since the increase in the price of fuel, I decided to help out in my own way by carrying people for free whenever I’m going to work or coming back, instead of driving alone.
Last year, I bought & kept a cane in my dashboard because of Lagosians, cos normal people in Lagos are few.
I won’t lie, the cane has helped me. I’ve disciplined a few mad people disguised as drivers and corrected some agberos
I prefer cane to koboko or whip. I find it more effective because koboko requires some skill to handle properly, but cane — even a baby can inflict serious pain
So yesterday morning, I picked up passengers as usual at the crowded bus stop. One student in front, three ladies at the back — all going my way.
The student asked, “How much, sir?”
I told her not to worry, that it was free. They all thanked me, and I smiled.
I was driving peacefully, playing nursery rhymes on Bluetooth. Yes, judge me. After listening to it non-stop because of my baby, I now know Cocomelon songs by heart. I can sing Baby Shark and all Miss Rachel songs
Honestly, I find it therapeutic. My wife and friends laugh at me, but me and “Johny Johny, Yes papa” have built something special.
Next thing one of the ladies at the back said, “Ahh ahn, uncle, why are you listening to nursery rhymes? Are you a baby?”
I smiled. “It’s my baby’s favorite. I enjoy listening to it.”
She said, “No, it’s not good. Change it. I have nice Christian playlist. You should be playing gospel songs, not all these… demonic things that make children addicted.”
The student looked at me, I looked at her and quickly faced front. I was shocked at the audacity.
She repeated it again. “Connect my phone. You will like my songs.”
Another girl at the back even asked her, “Are you okay?”
She ignored her and tapped me again.
“Uncle, connect my phone.”
I ignored her for the third time. Next thing she hissed and left me alone.
Omo. Maybe it’s the song because normally, I’ll park and tell her to Geddifok but I just kept smiling and drove quietly
Usually, I drive to the last bus stop and take a U-turn to my office since it’s not too far, but today I had a meeting and couldn’t risk going all the way.
So I stopped a short distance before the bus stop and pleaded with them to take keke or bike to the bus stop, which wouldn’t cost more than 200, as I had to make a quick turn.
They were very grateful. From where I picked them, it would have cost them like 600 naira
I was about to drive off when I realized one of the ladies hadn’t come down. It was the aunty who asked me to change my music.
I said, “Madam, please come down because I’m turning here.”
She said no, she cannot, that I should have told them I wouldn’t get to the bus stop so they would have entered bus, because it’ll be harder for her to see one from here.
I said, “Madam, are you okay? Just enter keke or bike because I can’t go further than this.”
She said she doesn’t enter bike and I should take her back to where I picked her from because how do I expect her to see bus.
That was when I knew — this is not a normal case.
Without saying a word, I just picked my cane from the dashboard and gave her two lashes on her head…
She was completely shocked. She screamed, jumped out of the car, and started shouting, “Ole! Ole! Ole!”
Next thing, I saw agberos gathering like Avengers and running towards my car.
As she saw them, she escalated it further, shouting, “Kidnapper! Kidnapper!”
I even heard one of them ask, “aunty which one nah, thief abi kidnapper?”
I didn’t wait to find out.
I quickly shut my door and sped off.
As I entered my office compound, my heart was still doing gbim gbim gbim, then I heard a ringtone.
I turned and saw an iPhone 17 on the seat.
The winch had left her phone behind.
I just smiled.
What God cannot do does not exist!

@joes_venture @eddieddy01 @vahphor Exactly. I won't go into such business with someone's money . I will sell something else
English

@eddieddy01 @vahphor $10000 is not enough to open pure water factory. How much is the machine, how much for the factory building, how much for the materials, the purification plants. To you the money is big?
English

About a month ago, a man living abroad gave my brother $10,000 to start a business. My brother used the money to set up a pure water factory, which he has been running since then.
Later, when the man called to check on the progress, my brother explained how he used the money and even showed him the factory. But the man wasn’t impressed. He questioned if that was what the entire amount was used for, said he expected something more “sens!ble,” and expressed disappointment.
Since then, he has stopped responding to my brother.
Why do you think he reacted that way?

English

@sansbrown_zz @eddieddy01 @vahphor Yes ,reason he shouldn't have gone into purewater business. .Too much start up expenses.
English

@eddieddy01 @vahphor Just about 12m. He’ll buy or rent space, employ workers, buy machines. And a man will also need money for himself. 12m is big until you start spending it . Then you know it’s not much

🚨 “If you’re on Base and not doing this… your wallet will be worthless when the $BASE airdrop drops.”
Not tomorrow.
Not maybe.
Nothing.
And it’s not because you’re late…
It’s because the system never recognized you 👀
Most people just send transactions.
That’s useless.
#Base tracks real users.
Here’s exactly what I’m doing 👇
🎯 My targets:
• Top 5% on Guild
• 100+ GitHub commits
Because this is what separates winners from spectators:
✔️ Guild activity
✔️ Onchain TXs
✔️ GitHub commits
1️⃣ Start with Guild
👉 guild.xyz/base/builders
• Connect wallet
• Link socials
• Complete available + deploy tasks
Guild is watching:
“Are you active? Are you real?”
2️⃣ Deploy a contract (2 mins)
👉 basehub.fun/deploy
👉basehub.fun
• Enter any token name
• Add a symbol
• Click deploy
BaseApp deploy base.app/app/https:/bas…
Done ✅
This alone unlocks key tasks
3️⃣ Return to Guild & verify
✅ Go back to Guild
✅ Verify deploy tasks
⏳ Sometimes confirmation takes time patience pays
4️⃣ Claim Onchain badges (CRITICAL)
👉 guild.xyz/base/onchain
Do ALL of these 👇
✔️ 1 / 10 / 50 / 100 / 1000 TX
✔️ $1 USDC transfer
Skip this = miss airdrop
5️⃣ Act like a real user (5 mins/day)
Consistency beats volume
Use these platforms daily:
👉basehub.fun
👉 greenworld.fun
👉 worldgm.xyz
👉 baseconfess.fun
👉Looking for more apps? Check here. base.dev/leaderboard
6️⃣ GitHub (most people ignore this)
👉 github.com/new
• Create repo
• Add README
• Publish
🎉 First commit done
Reality:
• 1 commit → ~10K users
• 100+ commits → ~4.3K users
Most users don’t do this
⚠️ Tip: Don’t spam commits in one day organic activity is stronger
❗ “I did everything but no badges?”
Same 😄
Check here 👇
👉 basehub.fun/base-guild
⏳ Guild updates can be slow sometimes
💡 Truth:
90% are just watching.
When the $BASE airdrop drops…
they’ll realize too late.
Be early. Be active. Be real.
“This is the single most overlooked way to secure $BASE before the airdrop.”

You’ll thank yourself later

@OloyeSomorin @Okeyomi_ Your accident give me chills
I don't know why some drivers hate bikers so much, thank God for your life .. When there is life there is hope. @OniFoto32 didn't survive his road accident ,the driver too has been released. People are just too wicked
English

@Okeyomi_ I have no clue. I was more focused on recovering from my near death experience than his nappy ass.
If you see him, you better run. He has no humanity in him. He left me like road kill on the road but towed his Toyota Spider and ran.

English

I was riding on my power bike from Abeokuta to Ibadan.
A riding buddy on his own bike fell.
I pulled well of the road and stopped to lend assistance to him.
Just as I stepped off my bike to walk more off the freeway Akinwale Ogunmodede careened into us.
He promptly ran away leaving me laid out on the cold wet roadway unconscious for over 30 minutes.
I survived through sheer luck and grace of God. I was also still wearing all my motorcycle safety gears though I wasn’t physically on the motorcycle. It was as if the universe was waiting for me. Everyone that could help was available.
An @FRSCNigeria officer on motorcycle actually witnessed the accident so he was able to call for an ambulance.
Locals at a quarry where it happened pulled me from the road. Else I’ll have been ran over by other traffic.
I’m thankful and very grateful.
