My accidental journey to a six-pack.
In the last few years I have gone from this to this.
I’m 54. I’ve suddenly got a 6-pack. Sort of. A 4-pack. I’ve lost 48 pounds (22 kg). My metabolic age has come down from 57 (when I was 51) to 49. I'm super fit.
What happened?

At @Judgemeadow Community College in Evington, Leicester three 14 year old boys have been arrested for the brutal assault two boys. The other boy not pictured was forced to kneel in a flushing toilet.
It BBC reports the victims were Sikh, we can guess who the perpetrators are.

If you . . .
- Eat a lot of protein and plants
- Drink a lot of water
- Do a few hours of vigorous strength training every week
- Walk an hour or two every day
- Get 7+ hours of sleep every night
. . . you too can have people constantly tell you how lucky you are to have good genetics.
