Find a pre workout meal that works for you and stick with it. Likely higher carb, moderate protein and low fat. Good digestibility is key here. Don’t wanna be farting all over the gym.

The lower back extension (like the smith machine) is one of those things I loved as a novice lifter, then turned my nose up as an intermediate lifter & love again as an advanced lifter. Amazing piece of equipment. Do ur back extensions.

GW28 🔒 OR: 1,442 Salah (C) Rolling the free. I have no doubt that Salah will play minimum 70 minutes, Slot has made it very clear he’s not gunna rest anyone who doesn’t need it, and Salah doesn’t. So many people are using training regimens that are absolutely burning them out Imagine trying to consistently execute a training regimen like this for example (see attached pic) If you attempt this, you’d be lucky to make a fraction of the gains you otherwise could and you’d probably hate going to the gym sooner rather than later

Even though I think Gakpo is the best 3rd Liverpool asset to get, I think I’m going to go Konate. Raul ➡️ Gakpo means using 2FTs and having my 3rd bench spot as fodder. I can do Lewis ➡️ Konate with 1FT which means I can do Raul ➡️ Everton forward for the DGW and then onto Wissa
