IMPORTANT. Getting a lot of questions. This is the ONLY statement I will make about what has occurred between myself and Hit Network in our dispute over my business (I’m STILL 67% owner - LEGALLY UNCHALLENGED). Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to go into detail publicly. What I can tell you is I can use my brand name I created and all of my IP. They are trying to fruitlessly hold on to anything they can linked to money and clicks. We have had one hearing. I cannot tell you what the hearing was for or what the ultimate legal result was. But I can tell you that any day or week now, a forensic auditor will be appointed to go into the books of Hit Network. This is what I have been begging for since day 1. They have stolen from me and the BitSquad for years and now I can rest easy they are absolutely, unequivocally caught. My worst nightmare was always I would end up looking to be insane and they would get away with it. Of course, following the hearing but before the end result is signed by Judge and instituted, they took off to Panama for two weeks to steal and hide more of my money. That’s fine. Now the books will tell the tale. And I know the story and so do they. I’m not sure how long their delay tactics will work for. Maybe months more. Maybe a year more. But they are caught and I will win back the remaining things I’m seeking. This company hasn’t EVER paid taxes and it was very apparent to ALL important parties involved, the company is likely insolvent and will end up dissolved after they drain all my resources they took. But the joke is on them as they found out in court from my lawyer the operating agreement is very clear and the company, Hit Network, owes $7M in taxes they tried to stick on me. They didn’t even realize that the company is 100% responsible for my personal taxes 😂. So here is the rouse and what everyone will find out over the next few months to year or so: TJ Shedd stole $6M worth of real estate from me. Justin Williams stole up to $4M of investor funds for Voomio and has been playing smoke and mirrors with pump and dumps and moving money to keep the scam up to the investors. I fired them both. They created an elaborate scheme to remove me from my own company through a conspiracy and intimidation in order to hide their financial crimes. They used @cryptomanran and tried to use @CryptosR_Us and @AltcoinDailyio to throw me under the bus, but only one fell for it. Caught in an affair, I was ripe for their false attacks and people believed them. They tried to have me arrested for false allegations 4-5 times to try to shut me up about the truth of what they did. Of course nothing ever happened and charges - including the arrest at Carlos’ house have never resulted in a single charge. It looks like all the charges were completely dropped by Gwinnett County. We lost the Lamborghini extortion hearing for TJ and Carlos simply because the judge said she couldn’t determine who owned the Lamborghini. That was months ago. Now in testimony under oath, public transcripts show… Tim Shedd, CFO of Hit Network… admitted under oath it was my PERSONAL asset. So that’s just a matter of time before the Lambo or the money are returned to me. But now the tides have turned. Everyone can see it. We had low views on the Channel on the show today because we’ve been testing a new content strategy but our views have doubled this week. Meanwhile they were exposed a month ago for blatantly buying views and comments. They have to keep up the smoke and mirrors because the remaining employees still aren’t aware of what TJ and Justin have done. But now with a third party going in… they are cooked. Good luck @HitNetwork_ potential sponsors and affiliates! Great job pushing up the ponzi.
