So, Toronto is in lockdown #2 and the City has enforced covid “masks everywhere” laws since June, I’d say. People are mostly responsible except now, Torontonians are driving North to non-lockdown towns to shop for Xmas. Kinda defeats the purpose of safe and non-safe zones.
