The @cosmos V12 update is complete. As a professional node operator, @Blockpower_cap has updated validator bonds, so users do not need to take any additional actions. After the upgrade, users can directly stake bonded $ATOM without unbonding delays. #Cosmos #staking

Currently, just 1.5% of all staked ATOM is liquid staked. The other 98.5% of staked ATOM is just regular staked. But in just 24 hours, users will be able to convert their staked ATOM directly to liquid staked ATOM, without having to unbond. Get ready.

1/ Prop #804 just passed! Get ready for the v11 upgrade… The #CosmosHub will perform the upgrade at block 16596000 (expected to be on Wed, August 16th). v11 contains a number of updates to core dependencies and a variety of fixes. It also removes the liquidity module.

Cosmos Hub gov prop to on-board Stride to ICS is live! 🎉 👉 mintscan.io/cosmos/proposa… If passed, Stride will become the first blockchain in history to transition block production from its native validator set to Cosmos Hub's validator set. Details 👇 In May, Cosmos Hub achieved social consensus about on-boarding Stride for interchain security (ICS). But no changes were actually made. The Cosmos Hub gov prop now onchain will implement the necessary changes to on-board Stride. Assuming the prop passes, the Stride blockchain will transition to interchain security on July 19th. Before that date, additional rehearsals, tests, and checks will be conducted, to make sure the transition happens smoothly. Transitioning Stride to ICS will be an impressive technical feat, similar to Ethereum’s Merge last September. A second proposal related to Stride’s adoption of ICS is also live. This second proposal aims to provide 450K ATOM to the stATOM/ATOM liquidity pool on Neutron, an idea which has already achieved social consensus within Cosmos Hub governance. 👉 mintscan.io/cosmos/proposa… These are the final two Cosmos Hub proposals needed for Stride to join the ATOM Economic Zone and adopt interchain security. Stride will share 15% of its staking reward with Cosmos Hub, and Cosmos Hub will share its security and liquidity with Stride 🤝 Assuming these two proposals pass, Stride will officially transition to ICS on July 19th.
