@MarioNawfal This is what I think. Pakistan has put the U.S. offer back on the table and surprisingly, Tehran hasn't said "no" yet. If they sign on, the Strait gets back to normal, oil prices will likely fall, and the two sides will have two weeks to hammer out the U.S.'s 15 conditions.
