He retired in 1990. What he doing for 33yrs? The book should have been called “Iceman” not “Ice.” Like I said, more to story.

@durr_jacob @sweatystartup Yes they can. But so can the bank. Any one can go after you for upside debts. But you can sue your HOA for unlawful sanctions. It’s a 2way street. U are going to the extreme, as if it was a hostile 3rd party. U r entitled to run ur HOA as much as anyone. U are not powerless.

All the rich people I know love living in places with HOAs. No broken down boats. Rainbow yard signs. Grass 2 feet tall. Lack of weed control. Broken fridge on front porch. Broke people hate HOAs because they hate doing basic things to make their houses look nice.

It may seem like they do and incompetent ppl on HOA boards may act that way, but HOA can’t do anything not written in contract. Ppl on HOA don’t have “power.” They only have power to enforce.

@sun_kissin @null_user_1984 @oncloud_e You are unintentionally correct. At the genetic level, everyone is programmed to be female, unless a Y shows up at conception. If it does, things are told to switch and be a man. Sometimes not everything switches. That’s what is referred to as “intersex”
