@Uber_Support I have had to use Lyft I have been a loyal customer but from misquoted wait times ( going from a 6 mins wait to 14) also I had a couple times where a driver who was 14mins away cancelled 2mins away and u called me another uber that was a long wait nothing is done.

@AskLyft (2/2) a better way of contacting customer service when these issues happen. 30 mins late for work. And the app didn’t change drivers or had where I could contact someone.

@AskLyft (1/2) driver drove away from me instead of towards i messaged him to cancel ride because I didn’t want to be charge and he’s making me late for work. No answer he drove 20mins away. I finally just cancelled and you guys didn’t charge me but you all need a better way of
