@FrontierCorp No internet since Thursday. No assistance from Frontier. They claim residential is not effected with attacks but they refuse to send a tech to help! So frustrated.

@AskFrontier Our internet has been down since Thursday. Although customer service led us through all the unplug and reboot processes, they refuse to provide an appointment for a tech. You are providing cyberattack blanket messaging that says it doesn’t affect residential service

@FrontierCorp We are on day 3 without internet at our home. Your customer service promises the outage is not connected to the cyberattacks but they refuse to make a tech appointment for us. Do better!
