Or when there is an emergency situation like a shoulder dystocia. The medical profession doesn’t have time to discuss options. And they rant about a traumatic birth.

this is a personal failing I guess but I have extremely limited patience for people whose “birth plan” is anything other than “get the baby safely out of me please”

@emkenobi Yikes. Bad take, her body her choice right????? Home births are done all the time successfully. It’s a woman’s choice to have a home birth and typically they ALWAYS have midwives to help you at your house. You aren’t just doing it alone.

Now her child has no mom because of her stupidity. If you don’t believe in modern medicine or science you have no business having children. The kids always suffer from the choices of their dumb ass parents.
