We supported a true celebration of sport for everyone in Chornomorsk! An inclusive sports festival brought together the entire community. It marked the conclusion of the Glide for All project, implemented by the NGO Potential of the Future with the support of #CFLI.

Підтримали справжнє свято спорту для всіх у Чорноморську! Інклюзивний спортивний фестиваль об’єднав усю громаду, ветеранів, дітей з інвалідністю, понад 200 гостей. Він завершив проект «Glide for All», реалізований ГО «Потенціал майбутнього» за підтримки #CFLI.

We joined the Women’s March in Kyiv to stand for women’s rights, solidarity and equal power in decision-making. “The experience of women and girls in Ukraine are unique. You are a force and Canada is proud to support you as you overcome inequalities,” Ambassador Cmoc said.

Our thoughts are with #Kharkiv, where at least 8 people were killed in a Russian overnight attack. A new type of missile struck a residential building, destroying entire section. Rescue operations are ongoing. We will continue to speak out against these brutal acts of violence.

Рада керуючих МАГАТЕ @iaeaorg ухвалила резолюцію про ядерну безпеку в Україні, ініційовану Канадою та Нідерландами. Резолюція наголошує, що постійні атаки РФ на енергетичну інфраструктуру несуть пряму загрозу ядерній безпеці, і посилає чіткий сигнал: ці дії мають припинитись.

The @iaeaorg Board of Governors adopted a resolution on nuclear security in Ukraine, led by Canada and the Netherlands. It affirms that repeated Russian attacks on energy infrastructure pose direct threat to nuclear safety and sends a clear message: such actions must stop.

“Social barriers and discrimination exist in every country. It takes real strength to change them,” Ambassador Cmoc said at the National Forum on the Implementation of Roma Strategy in Ukraine. #CFLI

☝🏻The 12th meeting of the Working Group on the Human Dimension took place at the Office of the Ombudsman, bringing together representatives of 45 countries, 2 Ukrainian state authorities, and 9 international organizations. Special thanks to the Ambassadors of Canada and Norway to Ukraine — Ms. Natalka Cmoc and Mr. Lars Ragnar Hansen — for co-chairing. The discussion focused on returning deported children, unlawfully detained civilians, and prisoners of war home to Ukraine. 12 years ago, Russia began its war against Ukraine by occupying #Crimea. Today, it continues to militarize the peninsula and suppress human rights, especially those of the Crimean Tatars. Canada remains resolute in defending Ukraine’s sovereignty and demanding accountability.

12 років тому Росія почала війну проти України з окупації Криму. Сьогодні вона продовжує мілітаризувати півострів, спотворювати історію та порушувати права людини, зокрема права кримських татар. Канада підтримує суверенітет України та вимагає притягнення РФ до відповідальності.

Марк Карні, Премʼєр-міністр Канади: «Канада завжди буде солідарна з Україною. Канада зажди буде з вами, щоб ваші численні жертви привели до миру, безпеки і процвітання, на які заслуговують усі українці і усі народи».

Сьогодні Уряд Канади оголосив про додаткові заходи на підтримку України: - $2 млрд. військової допомоги у 2026-27 р. - продовження програми UNIFIER до 2029 р. - 400 броньованих транспортних засобів - $20 млн. в Фонд підтримки енергетики - санкції, зокрема проти тіньового флоту.

Чотири роки. Росія почала цю війну. Росія має її закінчити. Канада підтримує Україну.
