When you are approaching the bench, you are on your damn best behaviour, when you are given a chance you can passionately argue, but when the judge says stop, you better stop.

This attorney was out of line but I don’t think it had to come to arrest. At the very end the prosecutor also said “I think you should leave this county” - initiated argument, blocked the path of egress and said of the police “these are my friends” - it’s not a good look for anyone even if the attorney was somewhat out of line. The judge could have banged her gavel, walked off the bench and issued a written sanction of some sort. This was not handled well in my humble opinion.
