Democrats have a plan to lower Rx drug costs. I strongly support empowering Medicare to negotiate lower drug prices, capping out-of-pocket Rx drug costs, & limiting Big Pharma price hikes. GOP should stop saying NO to every good idea & start supporting real Rx drug reforms.
